NOTES:

1.Medical Tourism Health Insurance(MTHI):-Medical Tourism Activities will be covered by a special Medical Tourism Insurance formulated for the first time in India. Discussions are going on with different insurance companies to develop Medical Tourism Insurance.

2.Medical Tourism Health Highway(MTHH):- All Medical Tourism Health establishments will be connected through an Artificial Intelligent computer network called Medical Tourism Health Highway. A Medical Tourism Call Center will manage this health highway.

B. PROJECT REPORT OF SURE CURE AYURVEDA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE (SCACE).

a) INVESTMENTS:-

i) Space: Residential / commercial space of 1000 sq.ft (Owned / Leased) preferably on ground floor or in a building with lift facility.

ii) Equipment:
Dhroni with stand =2 sets
Capsule steam units =2 sets
Shirodhara Stand with pot = 2 sets
Treatment Kits =2 sets
Total Equipment cost = Rs. 80,000/-

Note:

Steam generator in each treatment room is optional

iii) Furnishing & fittings: The cost for interior decoration for the whole centre is estimated to be Rs. 1.2. Lakhs.

iv) Licensing fee: Rs. 1 lakh for 2 years in instalment of Rs. 25,000/ on signing MOU, Rs. 25,000 during the start of the centre another Rs. 25,000/ after 9 months of signing MOU and Rs. 25,000/- after 12 months of signing of MOU/Agreement.

b) INFRASTRUCTURE:

i) Facilities:

a) A minimum number of two treatment rooms(one for men & one for women) having a minimum size of 100 sq.ft (width not less than 8 ft). The rooms should have good ventilation There should be an attached bathroom, of size not less than 20 sq. ft. The toilets should have proper sanitary fittings and floor and walls should be furnished with tiles.

b) One consultation room with a minimum size of 100 sq.ft. (Width not less than 8 ft). The room should be well equipped, with medical instruments like BP apparatus, stethoscope, an examination couch, weighing machine etc.

c) There should be a separate pharmacy (medicine room size, not less than 50 sq.ft)

d) General infrastructure of the Ayurveda center should be good. Locality and ambience, including accessibility, should be suitable. Furnishing should be of good quality. The center and surrounding premises should be kept clean and hygienic.
e) The general construction, architectural feactures etc. of the building should be of very high standards. The furnishings, curtains fittings etc. should be of superior quality materials.
f) The bathroom should have facilities for steam bath.
g) There should be a separate hall for Meditation/Yoga.
ii)Equipment:
a) One massage table made up of good quality wood/fibre glass of minimum size 7 ft * 3 ft in each treatment room.
b) One Capsule type steam units in each treatment room.
c) One Shirodhara Stand with pot in each treatment room.
d) Gas or Electric Stove in each treatment room.
e) Medicated hot water facility for bathing and other purposes.
f) Facilities for sterilization.
g) Equipment and Apparatus should be clean and hygienic.

C) Personnel:

i) Treatment/Therapy should be done only under the supervision of a qualified Doctor B.A.M.S/M.D. (Ayurveda).
ii) There should be 2 experienced Kerala Male Therapist and 2 Female Therapists.
iii) Male Therapists will attend to the male patients and Female Therapists will attend to the female patients.

d) General Conditions:

1)The center will offer only those programmes, which are approved by the Kerala Ayurvedashram.
2) Health programmes offered at the center should be clearly exhibited. The time taken for massages and treatment should be stated.
3) The medicine used must be either supplied by or approved by Kerala Ayurvedashram.
4) Kerala Ayurvedashashram will bear 100% of all India branding , advertising & promotion cost except local advertising and promotion, which has to be done by the center as per Kerala Ayurvedashram's advice.
5) Comprehesive center management support including supply of equipments , supply of manpower, supply of medicines and consultancy service for operation of the center will be provided by Kerala Ayurvedashashram.
6) Kerala Ayurvedashashram will operate All India Call Center and offer online marketing support.
7)Supply of medicines and management to treat 300 diseases including rare and difficult cases rejected by other medical systems and medical establishment will be offered by Kerala Ayurvedashashram.
