Exercise and watch your weight . Research has shown that cancer are more common in people who are overweight or obese. Scientist have warned we should all sit less to avoid cancer. Chances of developing cancer increases by 10% for every extra 2 hours sitting.

Reduce the intake of salt. Salt is linked to 14% of stomach cancer cases. Our daily intake of salt should be less that 6g(2.4g sodium). Avoid eating salted chips that contains high salt level.
